Thank you for being such fantastic hosts! Positive: The property was in a fantastic location. Spacious and perfect for what we needed. The hosts provided clear instructions and communication was very quick. The check in process was very simple. They also accommodated some additional ‘birthday extras’ (at cost) last minute for me which was very much appreciated En suite bathroom - this is great for larger groups having more than one bathroom. Beds very comfy. My daughter loved the jacuzzi bath also! Negative: - When we arrived the lift was out of order. And we did have a fair few flights of stairs to climb with a lot of luggage between the 5 of us. Not so much of a problem for us more an inconvenience but my concern was that there was an elderly gentleman who was struggling quite a bit while we were there - in which I offered to help him with his belongings as I could see he wasn’t fully stable on his feet. So I think this is something to be aware of as could cause an injury/ accident. The lift was out of order the whole time we were there - in my opinion should be a priority for repair for ease of access purposes / health and safety. - while the accommodation on the whole was very clean and well kept with great facilities - bedding / towels etc. There were some areas within the property that I think could do with some tlc which would add to the overall ‘feel’ to the property. As the living area was really nice and bright, dining table in the kitchen and nice touches to downstairs bathroom and upstairs bedroom. But paintwork in some areas were dirty / chipped etc and just looked a bit ‘grubby’ - kitchen was well equipped on the whole but only one large saucepan which wasn’t suitable for cooking smaller dishes. The extractor light wasn’t working above cooker and we also didn’t have a tea towel (had to purchase this) I still would 100% recommend this property and would look at staying here again. The location, hosts excellent 10/10. Easy check in process. And for the money you can’t go wrong. the property and facilities on the whole very good. Just a few observations and honest feedback :)

Comfortable and everything we needed. Positive: The host was really nice. She let us into the property early as we came back from a festival and would be in Liverpool before 3. Everything was great. Beds were really comfortable. The location was fantastic. We were also able to leave bags in a locked room until we were ready to leave Liverpool. The lift was broken though, which would've been hard for anyone who had accessibility issues to climb stairs to the second floor. That was out of the host's control. I'm just giving this information to people who would have this issue for the future. It is close to a bar and restaurant so a lot of noise but I didn't have a problem with that.
